MANAGEMENT OPTIONS

OPTION ONE: PERCENTAGE RENT

We sign a Management Agreement with you, and handle rentals collection and approved maintenance works at 10% Commission of Rentals collected.

OPTION TWO: FIXED RENT

We manage your property and pay you the agreed amount whether or not the tenant has paid, as long as there is a tenant in the property. We charge 10% Commission plus 2% Maintenance Fee which is retained by Central Estates for emergency maintenance works.

OPTION THREE: GUARANTEED RENT

We pay you a Fixed Rent per Month. You will give us the right to sublet the property to our tenants. We shall pay you the agreed amount whether or not there is a tenant in the property.

OPTION FOUR: FIXED FEE

This option is for monitoring your Vacant Property, to ensure it is safe and secure. We charge a monthly fixed fee as agreed.

OPTION FIVE: RENT SHARE

This option is for Commercial Properties that generate revenue. These include Office Parks, Business Centres, and Serviced Apartments.We charge 10% Commission plus 3% Maintenance Fee. The maintenance Fee is used to maintain common areas and pay general utility bills.

OPTION SIX: SERVICED APARTMENTS MANAGEMENT

We manage furnished apartments, and charge 10% Commission on rentals collected. Maintenance Fee is 3% or as agreed.

OPTION SEVEN: FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

We manage the common facilities amenities in large Apartment Complexes, Shopping Malls, Blocks of Flats, and Office Buildings. This include General Maintenance, Landscaping, and General Cleaning.

OPTION EIGHT: COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

We rent the Property from you at a fixed fee, and convert it for commercial use.
